The form collects your name, email address and telephone so the coastal enquiry can be answered. It also allows a date, guest number and preferences. Leave out passport copies, payment-card details and any other sensitive documents.
How a coastal enquiry is handled
Replying to your enquiry and considering the arrangements you request are the reasons for using the information supplied through the form. Relevant trip details may need to be shared with a potential charter provider while an offer is prepared. That provider and its applicable terms should be clear before the enquiry becomes a booking.
Questions or correction
The contact form is also the route for enquiries about your data and requests for correction or deletion. We may need to retain information connected to an existing transaction or legal obligation. Other people should know before you provide their contact details.
Browser storage
Saved field notes are stored locally: this browser keeps the identifiers of yacht models you select. You can remove them from the saved page or reset the lists by clearing site data. This website does not use advertising trackers or an analytics service. Its enquiry form includes measures intended to prevent abusive requests.
